You can return your order to get it replaced within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website.
To be eligible, you need to send the product UNUSED and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the above conditions are not met.
We can replace orders within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website if they are damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to email your order number and a picture of the product that clearly shows the damage to email@example.com.
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or a cancellation for a refund. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Refund does NOT apply if you simply do not like the product.

- Product has to be unopened and unused.
- It must be within 10 days of receipt.
- Pay for return shipping.
- Send product back to the factory for validation and improvement.
- Once all completed. A refund will be applied to the same payment method used.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
